Planning your school year can be overwhelming, especially now that we’ve learned as much as we have about trauma and how our students may be affected. To understand each of our student’s unique backgrounds, histories of trauma, and triggers can feel like an impossible task.
So how can we ensure that we’re supporting all of our student’s to the best of our ability when it comes to the effects of trauma?
We do this by being proactive and by using programs that will be essential for the growth of some of our students, but can benefit them all! Here are some of my favorite resources to get you started. These programs are extremely user-friendly with easy to follow lesson plans, which means less work for you!
